When you think of destination weddings you immediately conjure up the classics; charming Italian villas set on sparkling lakes, and exotic powdery beaches dotted with palm trees. While these places are popular for good reason, I think that one of the most exciting, up-and-coming destinations to get married is Croatia. It’s my absolute fave place for my couples to get married, and if you follow me over on Instagram you’ll know I talk about it more than a little! When it comes to hiring your Croatia wedding photographer you have a choice; book a local photographer overseas, or take someone from the UK with you (hi!). 

I honestly take my hat off to anyone who plans a destination wedding – you are phenomenal, living bravely and embracing the dream. Croatia is an amazing choice as a wedding destination, offering everything you could possibly want; the scenic pebbly peaches and charming old town alleyways only the Dalmatian coast can provide, as well as lakes, waterfalls and that big, beautiful Adriatic sea. It’s such a versatile country to capture your playful love story against. I love it – can you tell? I’m trying really hard not to be biased, but I believe that choosing me as your Croatia wedding photographer is a better option than hiring your photographer abroad. There’s no doubt you’ll find lots of awesome talent overseas, but when you work with me you get lots of little added extras; like extra bubbles in your fizz! 

Planning your wedding in Croatia involves putting lots of trust in so many people, from your venue to your suppliers. Having me in your corner means having a trusted person already in place to be by your side every step of the way. We’ll already have built a warm, safe relationship, and you’ll have me there throughout the whole wedding to help you relax and have fun.
